The thermostatic control valve (TCV) is the published exception at 1 year, and labor is never covered. How It Works

This is a parts warranty. When a covered part fails under normal use, Ella's Bubbles ships the verified replacement part free of charge to the original installation address. Verification means photos of the defective part and a description of the problem, and once the defect is verified the part is shipped. Labor, installation, removal and water damage to structures or property are excluded, so the cost of a plumber or installer to fit the part is the owner's responsibility. Which Ella Models Have It

The Lifetime Limited Warranty applies across the Ella walk-in tub range, whatever door style or therapy package you chose. Coverage on non-Ella faucets is the manufacturer's own warranty rather than Ella's, and the TCV carries its 1-year limited warranty; both are explained in warranty exceptions for the TCV and faucets.

What to Know as an Owner

The warranty is nontransferable and is void if the tub is relocated or ownership changes, so it stays with the first purchaser at the original address.
