How do I start a warranty claim for my Ella walk-in tub?

Starting a warranty claim is straightforward. Gather photos of the affected part and a short description of the problem, then open a support ticket or call us at 800-480-6850. Once the defect or malfunction is verified, Ella's Bubbles ships the replacement part to the original customer's address without charge. Photos and a description are required for verification, so having them ready is the fastest path to a shipped part.

Step-By-Step: Filing Your Claim

  1. Find your serial number. It is on the label located behind the magnetic access panel next to the door. Your model number, SKU, or UPC is on your product page after selecting options, or on your proposal or invoice.
  2. Photograph the issue. Take clear photos of the defective part and, if helpful, a short video of the symptom. Emailed or mailed photos of the defective product and a description of the problem are required.
  3. Write a short description. What happens, when it started, and which control or component is involved.
  4. Contact us. Open a support ticket, or call 800-480-6850. Include your serial number, photos, description, and your contact and shipping details.
  5. Verification. Our team reviews the photos and description to verify the defect or malfunction. We may ask a question or two, or suggest a quick check.
  6. Part ships free. After verification, the part ships to the original customer's address at no charge. Delivery time depends on parts availability and your location.

Before You File, Two Quick Questions

Many symptoms that look like defects have simple explanations, and checking first can save you days of waiting. Is the tub behavior you are seeing perhaps the air system's automatic purge, which runs for 120 seconds about 20 minutes after use of the air pump and is completely normal? And if you hear a light humming noise with nothing visibly running, could it be the ozone sterilization system, which hums quietly when it runs by itself? If either sounds familiar, your tub is working as designed and no claim is needed.

What the Claim Can and Cannot Include

IncludedNot included
Replacement part shipped free to the original customer's address after verificationLabor, installation, or removal costs
Free lifetime technical support by phone and email to guide your contractorIncidental expenses or material charges connected with removal or replacement

Because labor is not covered, repairs are performed by your own licensed contractor or installer, and our technical support team is glad to guide them through the work. For the thermostatic control valve, removal and cleaning should only be performed by a licensed and insured contractor or plumber.
