Accessibility Statement

At Ella’s Bubbles, we want everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities. Choosing a walk-in tub or an accessible shower is about independence and comfort, and finding the information should never get in the way.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This is a goal we are working toward. We have not had this site formally audited or certified, and we do not claim a specific compliance level.

What we do

  • We add text descriptions (alt text) to images, so people using screen readers know what a picture shows.
  • We build pages so they can be used with a keyboard alone, without a mouse.
  • We aim for readable text sizes and enough contrast between text and background.
  • We aim to provide captions where a video includes speech.

Where we are still improving

Some older pages and some third-party tools on our site, such as embedded videos, chat and forms, may not work perfectly for everyone yet. We keep reviewing the site and fixing problems as we find them.
