If you want a copy of the written warranty for your Ella walk-in tub, open a ticket at ellasbubbles.com/support or call (800) 480-6850 and the team will email you the warranty terms. For a period the warranty download link on some product pages opened the cleaning and maintenance PDF instead of the warranty, so if a click brings up cleaning instructions, you did nothing wrong. Ask the team for the document directly rather than hunting for the link.
Getting the Document
- Have your model name and serial number ready. The serial number is on the label behind the magnetic access panel next to the door.
- Open a ticket at ellasbubbles.com/support or call (800) 480-6850 and ask for a copy of the walk-in bath warranty.
- Tell the team the email address you want it sent to. The warranty terms arrive as an attachment.
- If you already submitted your activation, ask the team to confirm it is active while you have them. They can see the status on their end.
If the Download Link Opens the Wrong File
Product pages carry several downloads, including the spec sheet, the cleaning and maintenance guide, and the warranty. When the warranty link opened the cleaning PDF, the team asked customers to send the page link so it could be checked and corrected. If you run into the same thing, mention which page you were on when you contact support. Other document problems, such as a QR code that will not scan or an old registration link, are covered in Warranty Activation Troubleshooting. For manuals, spec sheets and drawings, use Find Your Manual, Spec Sheet, Schematic, and Drawings by Model.
What the Warranty Document Says
The Ella limited warranty is a lifetime parts warranty for the original purchaser at the original installation address. It covers the shell, frame, door, door seal and finish, and the supporting equipment such as motors, pumps, fixtures, electronic controls, the Ella faucet, waste and overflow, and plated finishes. The thermostatic control valve carries a one-year limited warranty, and non-Ella faucets carry only their own manufacturer's warranty. Labor, installation, removal and water damage to the home are not covered, and the warranty is not transferable. Ella ships replacement parts after verification, and a local licensed plumber or electrician does the labor.
Bought Through a Dealer?
The published warranty terms apply to the original purchaser no matter where the tub was purchased, and Ella is not bound by additional warranty promises made by dealers or contractors. The warranty must be activated to be in force. If your dealer or installer did not send in the activation form, you can submit it yourself, following How Do I Activate My Walk-In Tub Warranty?. Keep a copy of the completed form and your sales receipt with the warranty document.
