before your ella walk-in tub is delivered to your home it has been inspected and packed with the utmost care after delivery to our warehouse each tub is unboxed the protective plastic is carefully removed and the entire surface is inspected for scratches or other shipping damage after your tub has been personally designed and assembled at our warehouse facility it then goes through another rigorous testing process it is checked thoroughly for leaks the pumps and all mechanical systems are then run extensively doors latches locks and all seals are thoroughly checked making sure they're tight and leak-proof after it has passed these inspections it is again checked for any scratches or dents is thoroughly cleaned and dried and then prepared for boxing directions and warning labels are attached handles spigots drains and other accessories are all individually wrapped and boxed carefully your tub is checked once again for scratches or damage and is then re-wrapped in protective plastic and bubble wrap important installation paperwork is attached to the tub and the sturdy shipping case is securely mounted additional caution stickers are applied finally your individual invoice is double checked and copied making sure we have a perfect record of what tub you have and where it's being shipped only then is your ella walk-in tub ready to be shipped to your home you
