another common problem when one of the massagers is not working especially on these triple massager tubs um it's because one of the pumps or components is not plugged in like in this case this is an ultimate tull with three pumps you've got your control box here that will run two pumps the air pump and the water pump and you'll have your third pump here which needs to be powered up with the inline heater okay and then uh you'll need two lines for this okay if one of the massages is not working it'll be because one of the pumps is not plugged so you need to check the pump and and the cord for it make sure it's powered up okay a lot of times when the tub is not working it do because there's no power flowing to the control box so here we have a control box it's got the green light indicator that means power is is making it to the control box so that's one thing that needs to be checked when your tub's not working okay very important
