The sheet does not say which amp rating belongs to which pump, so quote the two figures as a pair.

Because the foot pump is independent, you do not need to fill the whole tub to enjoy a foot massage. Fill to the foot jets, press the foot button, and the seat loop stays off. If One Hydro Pump Does Not Run

The electrical connections video names the most common cause on triple massager tubs: one of the pumps or components is not plugged in. If one massage is not working, check that pump and its cord and make sure it is powered up. If nothing works, look for the green light on the control box first, because a dark box means no power is reaching it at all. Both checks are done through the front apron's access panels with the power confirmed off at the GFCI breaker.
