Ella's Bubbles walk-in tubs are carefully manufactured, inspected, and shipped from the United States. The video details the production process and explains how to inspect your walk-in tub upon delivery for safe arrival.
The production of an Ella's Bubbles walk-in tub begins in the United States, where well-trained craftsmen assemble each tub to a high standard of quality. After assembly, every tub undergoes rigorous testing and inspection to ensure it is leak-free and that all pumps and motors are running perfectly. The tub is then thoroughly cleaned and inspected, with small or fragile items individually wrapped and placed within or under the frame for protection.
For shipping protection, the walk-in tub is wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap, then boxed in a wooden crate or reinforced cardboard container. Upon receiving your tub, a visual inspection of the shipping crate is important. Light scuffs and scrapes on the container are normal, as the packaging is designed to absorb damage and protect the tub, but these should be documented on your phone and noted on the invoice.
If the crate is severely damaged and product damage is suspected, you can reject the delivery and contact Ella's Bubbles immediately. If the packing appears slightly damaged but the product seems fine, unpack and thoroughly inspect the tub's surfaces and connections. If damage is discovered after unpacking, contact Ella's Bubbles immediately with photos of the damage and copies of your invoice and bill of lading. Smaller damaged pieces can often be replaced without returning the entire tub.
