Replacement parts ship by parcel carrier from the Ella's Bubbles warehouse in Chicago, and the replacement part tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the shipping label is created, often together with a link to the how-to video for that part. If you have not received tracking, reply on your existing ticket or call (800) 480-6850 with your order or ticket number and the team will resend it. This article explains what the tracking page can tell you, what the team can and cannot see once the carrier has the package, how to ask about faster service, and what to know about PO boxes, pickup and Canadian addresses.
How a Part Gets from Chicago to You
- You send the team your model, serial number, photos of the part and a street shipping address, through a ticket or by phone. The article on how to order replacement parts lists everything to include.
- The team identifies the part, confirms the details with you, and packs it at the Chicago warehouse. Warranty replacements ship after the defect is verified from your photos; other parts ship once the order is arranged. See how to start a warranty claim.
- When the label is created, the tracking number is emailed to you. Many replies also include the matching installation video (door seal, drain cable, latch and so on) so you can plan the swap.
- The carrier collects the package from the warehouse, and it is in the carrier's network from that point on. Small items travel with USPS or UPS.
- If a defective part needs to come back for diagnosis, the team includes a return label in the box. The article on what happens after a warranty part is approved explains the return-label process.
Why the Team Asks for Your Serial Number
The video shows where to find the serial number, on the inside of one of the removable panels, and explains what it tells the team: when the tub was made, who built it, and which replacement parts are compatible with your unit. Sending it with your first message is the single best way to make sure the right part goes on the label the first time.
What the Tracking Page Shows, and What Support Can See
The delivery date on the tracking page is the carrier's estimate, not a promise from Ella's Bubbles. Once the package is in the carrier's hands, the team has access to the same tracking page you do and nothing more. That includes delivery confirmation: whatever the carrier records about the delivery is what the team can see as well. If a package shows delivered but you cannot find it, check with household members, neighbors and any parcel locker or leasing office, then reply on your ticket and the team will help you follow up with the carrier.
Faster Shipping Options
Faster carrier services are available for most parts. Tell the team you would like an expedited option and give the street address the package is going to; the team will lay out the services that can reach that address and you can choose the one that suits you. One practical note from the warehouse: Saturday delivery is not available to every address, and when a Saturday delivery matters, a different address such as your installer's shop can sometimes be used instead. This knowledge base does not print rates or transit day counts; the team confirms both for your shipment.
PO Boxes, Pickup and Canada
- PO boxes. The parcel carrier requires a street address, so parts cannot ship to a PO box. If your mail normally goes to a box, give the team a street address where the package can be delivered, such as your home, a neighbor or your installer.
- Chicago pickup. If you or your installer are near Chicago, ask on your ticket whether picking the part up at the warehouse is an option for your order, and the team will let you know.
- Canada. Ella's Bubbles does not have representatives in Canada, so Canadian owners order parts through the team and the part ships from Chicago. Duties, taxes and any brokerage or storage fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility. Give the team your full street address, including unit number, city, province and postal code, so the label is accepted by the carrier. See ordering from Canada or internationally.
- Dealers and contractors. Parts can ship to your shop or directly to the homeowner; the article on ordering parts as a dealer or contractor covers purchase orders and documentation.
