Yes, Ella's Bubbles walk-in tubs can be ordered from Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and internationally. Canadian purchases go through our partner, Walk-In Tubs Canada; Alaska, Hawaii and the territories ship by freight with higher rates for hard-to-reach destinations; and worldwide orders are shipped from Chicago with customs, duties and taxes the customer's responsibility. Every Ella tub is built to UL STD 1795 and CSA C22.2 No. 218.2. This article explains how each path works and what to plan for.

Ordering from Canada

Purchases in Canada are handled through our partner, Walk-In Tubs Canada. They can take your order anywhere in Canada, from Nova Scotia to British Columbia, and they can also arrange and price installation, which is something Ella does not offer directly. To get started, call Walk-In Tubs Canada at 888-755-9229. If you would rather have the team route you, call (800) 480-6850 with your postal code and the model you have in mind and they will point you to the right partner for your province. Some models are also carried by Home Depot Canada, though not every configuration.

Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and locations commonly referred to as Territories of the United States, including Puerto Rico. Shipping fees vary and will be higher for hard-to-reach destinations such as rural mountainous regions, as well as for Hawaii, Alaska and US territories. Shipping is confirmed as part of your order, so ask your Ella dealer or the team at (800) 480-6850 for the shipping details for your address. International Orders

We do offer worldwide shipping, and Ella tubs have been delivered to many countries. For international orders, please keep the following policy in mind, as published on our shipping page:

  • Ella's Bubbles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs, taxes, storage and other related costs.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering so these costs do not come as a surprise. Tubs are built for North American 120 volt electrical service; if your country uses a different standard, discuss the electrical plan with the team before ordering, and read the electrical requirements article.

What to Expect After You Order

Every Ella tub is assembled, jetted and tested to order at our Chicago facility, then shipped by freight carrier. You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number by email within 24 hours of your product shipping. Overall timing varies with the model, your selected options, current stock and your destination, so the team is always the best source for the current timing on your specific order. Wherever you are, the same Lifetime Limited Warranty and free lifetime technical support by phone, email and live video come with the tub.

Who pays customs and duties?

Can a part ship to a PO box?
No. A street address is required, because parcel and freight carriers alike cannot deliver to a PO box. Please provide a physical address where the shipment can be received.
Are there parts providers in Canada?
No. There are no separate parts providers in Canada, so Canadian owners order parts through the team, and parts ship from Chicago with any duties the purchaser's responsibility. Does Ella install in Canada or overseas?
No. Ella's Bubbles does not perform installations anywhere. Walk-In Tubs Canada can arrange installation for Canadian orders, and elsewhere any licensed plumber and electrician can install the tub using the manual, with free lifetime technical support by phone, email and live video from the team. The same Lifetime Limited Warranty comes with the tub wherever it is delivered.
