To order a replacement part for your Ella walk-in tub, open a ticket at ellasbubbles.com/support or call (800) 480-6850 and ask for technical support. The technical support team identifies the exact part from your model, your serial number and a photo of the piece you need, then arranges the replacement. Parts covered by the lifetime limited parts warranty ship at no charge once the claim is verified, and the same team explains how to obtain a part when the tub is outside coverage.
What to Have Ready Before You Contact Support
Every parts request moves faster when the team can pin down the tub and the part on the first message. Gather the following before you open the ticket or call.
- Model name and door side. Note whether your door is on the left or the right as you face the tub, because latches, seals and door hardware differ by side. If your paperwork or an older schematic reads XXXL, the model is the TransferXXL. There is no XXXL model in the Ella lineup.
- Serial number. It is printed on the label behind the magnetic access panel next to the door.
- A clear photo of the part. Photograph the worn or broken piece and, if possible, where it sits on the tub. Support asks for an image to confirm the exact component before anything ships.
- A short description of the problem. Say what failed and when, for example a latch that no longer catches or a hand shower hose that split.
- Your contact and shipping details. Warranty parts ship to the original customer at the installation address.
Support hours, the ticket form and the phone line are described in how to reach Ella's Bubbles support.
Parts Customers Commonly Ask for
The same handful of items come up again and again: door seals, door latches, pull-out hand shower hoses, faucet valve components, jets and the swivel table. Each is handled as an individual replacement part, so you do not need a whole faucet set or a new tub when only one piece has failed. A hand shower hose that was replaced once can be replaced again through the same technical support request. A tub with a couple of damaged jets is a parts request, not a reason to replace the tub.
If the door itself is damaged rather than just the seal or latch, read ordering a complete replacement door. If the toe kick panel was never found or was thrown out with the packaging, see replacing a missing toe kick panel.
Warranty Parts and Parts Outside Coverage
Ella's lifetime limited warranty covers the tub shell, door, seal and supporting equipment on a parts-only basis for the first purchaser at the original installation address. When a covered part fails, the team verifies the claim from your photos and serial number and ships the replacement without charge. The warranty never covers labor, and Ella does not send technicians, so a local licensed plumber or electrician handles any work inside the tub's access panels. Ella's free lifetime technical support by phone and video guides you or your plumber through the swap. Full coverage terms are in parts-only warranty and labor.
If your tub is outside coverage, for example because you are not the original purchaser or the tub was moved to a new address, contact the same technical support team with the model, serial number and photo. They confirm the part and its availability for your model and explain how to obtain it.
Older Tubs and Tubs Bought Elsewhere
If your tub is an older unit, start with are parts still available for my older Ella tub. If the tub came through a retailer rather than your Ella dealer, where you purchased matters explains how that affects the parts and warranty process. Plumbers and contractors ordering on behalf of a customer should follow ordering parts as a dealer or contractor.
Ella does not take trade-ins on used tubs. A tub with a damaged jet or a worn seal is brought back to full working order with replacement parts, not exchanged.
