There is no single Ella's Bubbles catalog. Instead there are six digital brochures, one per tub family, and each one is a free PDF you can download from the product pages or have emailed to you by the team at (800) 480-6850 or through ellasbubbles.com/support. Brochures give you photos, a feature overview and nominal sizes; for exact dimensions, weights, capacities and electrical figures, the spec sheet is the document that wins whenever the two differ.

The Six Brochures and What Each Covers

So the Monaco is in the U-shape outward-swing brochure, the Companion is in the two-seat brochure, and the Transfer30 is in the wheelchair transfer brochure. There is no brochure for the Standard, Standard60, Zen, Zen60 or Flow; for those models use the spec sheet and the product page instead.

Brochure Versus Spec Sheet

A brochure is a marketing document: photos, the feature callouts, the therapy option matrix, the included and optional accessories, and rounded nominal sizes such as 28 inches by 52 inches. A spec sheet is the engineering document: actual size, shipping size, net and shipping weight, water capacity, seat dimensions, and the amperage of each pump and heater. When a brochure and a spec sheet disagree, the current spec sheet is correct. Known Brochure Misprints

  • LayDown cover. The cover of the LayDown brochure prints the 30x60 model as 30 inches wide by 52 inches long. That is a misprint. The LayDown 30x60 measures 30 inches wide by 60 inches long by 21 inches high, as the same brochure's model list and the spec sheet both state. See the LayDown tub guide.
  • LayDown faucet. The LayDown brochure lists the fast-fill faucet among included features at the family level. In fact the LayDown 30x60 does not come with a faucet and needs a customer-supplied wall-mount or similar faucet, while the LayDown 32x72 is faucet-ready and can be ordered with an Ella two-piece or five-piece deck-mount faucet as an option.
  • Petite width. The stainless family brochure prints the Petite at 28 inches wide. That is the nominal size; the actual width on the spec sheet is 27.5 inches, and 27.5 inches is the figure to use for doorway and alcove planning. The Petite profile has the full numbers.
  • Two-seat cover. The cover panel lists the Big4Two twice, once at 36x80 and once at 32x60. The 32x60 two-seat tubs are the Tub4Two and the Companion, as the model list inside the brochure shows.

How to Get a Copy

  1. Download it yourself. Open the product page for any tub in the family and look for the Downloads section, or use the direct links above.
  2. Ask the team to email it. Call (800) 480-6850 or open a ticket at ellasbubbles.com/support with the family or model you want and your email address. Tell the team which model interests you and they will pair the brochure with the matching spec sheet.
  3. Check spam. If nothing arrives, look in your spam or junk folder. Some email providers filter or bounce messages with attachments, so the team may send a short test email first and ask you to reply, or ask for a second email address.
  4. Printed copies. If you prefer paper, ask the team whether a printed brochure can be mailed to you; availability varies, so please do not count on a printed copy until it is confirmed.
