To find your Ella walk-in tub manual, spec sheet, schematic or drawings, open the product page for your model on ellasbubbles.com: every page has a Downloads section with the spec sheet, owner's manual, operating and cleaning instructions, and warranty form, plus a Drawings button that opens a dimensioned PDF. Manuals are written per door family rather than per model, so one PDF covers several tubs; the map below tells you which is yours, where the spec sheets live, and which known differences between documents to expect.

Owner's Manuals by Family

• Stainless inward-swing door (Elite, Petite, Royal, Deluxe, Ultimate): stainless-steel-door.pdf.

• Outward U-shape door (Capri, Monaco, Front Entry, Mobile, Lounger, ShaK, Big4One): outward-swing-door.pdf.

Spec Sheets, Schematics, Drawings

• Most spec sheets live under https://ellasbubbles.com/wp-content/uploads/walk-in-tub/specifications/ in family folders, for example stainless-steel-door/deluxe.pdf, outward-swing-door/capri.pdf, wheelchair-transfer/transfer60.pdf, and two-seat/escape.pdf. A few (Elite, Monaco, Mobile) sit in dated upload folders, so use the product page's Download Specifications link. Pages two and three are usually dimension drawings. • Electrical schematics are published per therapy package and list the models they apply to; a component diagram covers the shared Air + Hydro layout. Ask your Ella dealer or the team for the schematic for your package with your order, and see which cord plugs where for reading it after installation.
• CAD, DWG, DXF and Revit files are not available; the dimensioned PDF drawings are the published drawings.
• Digital brochures exist for each family and are described in brochures and catalogs by tub family, including their known misprints.

Known Differences Between Documents

• The outward-swing manual's entry section still shows the stainless inward door from the sibling manual; your Capri, Monaco, or ShaK has the outward composite door described on its spec sheet.
• Family manuals say Auto Purge starts 20 minutes after the pump is turned on; the current published figure is 20 minutes after the air pump is turned off, running 120 seconds.
• Manuals print the older 5-year equipment warranty; the current published warranty is lifetime limited on supporting equipment, as explained in older manuals say five years.
• Some Transfer and legacy tubs ship with unlabeled push controls; identify them by function (Water, Air, Micro, Light).
• The Zen spec sheets print "U-shape" for the door; the Zen uses the inward S-shape acrylic door like the Standard.
• The LayDown brochure cover prints 30 by 52 for the 30x60 model; the tub is 30 by 60.

Not Sure Which Model You Have?

The serial label sits behind the removable access panel next to the door, and it tells the team when the tub was made and which parts fit. Is There a Step-By-Step Installation Guide?

There is no separate room-by-room installation booklet written for your bathroom. The general manual for your model family covers operation: how the controls, faucet and drain work and how to care for the tub. Contractors who expect a guide that walks them from rough-in to final hookup sometimes ask whether a fuller one exists.

The documents your installer should work from are the installation manual and the dimensioned spec sheet on your model's product page. The spec sheet carries the tub dimensions, the drain location and the electrical requirements for the pumps, heater and controls, and a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician can plan the rough-in from it. The installation manual adds the framing, leveling and hookup drawings. A plumbing diagram is available by email as well.

Ella does not send installers, so your local trades do the work. Free technical support is available to them by phone and video while they install, and the website hosts installation and operation videos for many models that your installer can watch before the tub arrives.
