Ella records every warranty activation form it receives against the tub's serial number, and the support team will confirm receipt whenever you ask. A confirmation is not always sent back automatically, so if you have heard nothing after submitting the form, open a ticket or call with your serial number and the team will check your file. Staff can also help you finish a form that is missing a signature or a document, and the free accessory offered for sharing your story is a separate program from activation.
When and How the Form Is Completed
Activation is what puts the warranty in force. The two-page form is completed after the tub has been installed and tested, and it must be signed by both the customer and the installer. The form is found inside the owner's manual and is returned to Ella with a copy of the sales receipt and the installer documents listed on the form. It can be submitted online at ellasbubbles.com/warranty-activation/ or by the return options printed on the form itself. If the barcode or QR sticker on your tub is damaged and will not scan, use the online address instead, and the team can send a new sticker on request.
How to Confirm the Form Was Received
- Have your serial number ready. It is on the label behind the magnetic access panel next to the door, and it also appears on your order paperwork.
- Open a ticket at ellasbubbles.com/support or call (800) 480-6850 and say you want to confirm a warranty activation. Include the name on the order and how and when you sent the form.
- The team checks the file and confirms that the activation has been added. On request they will also send a copy of the recorded document for your records.
- If nothing is on file, or a page is incomplete, the team tells you exactly what is missing, for example the installer's signature, the customer's signature or the receipt copy, and helps you finish it.
If a Dealer or Contractor Submits for You
Dealers and contractors often send the completed form on the customer's behalf, and it is recorded the same way, against the tub's serial number and the customer's file. A contractor who wants written confirmation for their own records can ask for it, and the team will confirm by email that the paperwork has been received and added to the file, to be honored according to the published warranty terms. Coverage remains with the original purchaser at the original installation address, which this article on warranty transfer explains.
Why Activation Matters When You Need a Part
When a part is requested under the warranty, the team verifies the tub and ships the replacement part to the original owner, or to the dealer servicing the tub, at no charge for the part. Ella provides a lifetime parts warranty, and an activated warranty on file makes that verification quick. Labor is not covered and is done by your local plumber or electrician. For the ordering steps themselves, see ordering a replacement part by order form or phone.
The Free Accessory Is a Separate Program
Customers sometimes expect a gift to follow the warranty form. The complimentary accessory is tied to posting two reviews of your tub, not to the activation itself, as described in claiming the free accessory for sharing your story. If you left reviews and cannot claim it, this article covers what to do.
