Can I get a catalog, brochure or product sample before I buy?

Updated October 2026

Yes to the literature, with one limit on physical items. Ella's Bubbles publishes six digital brochures, one per tub family, that you can download from the Downloads section of any product page, and the team will email the brochure for the models you are considering along with the matching spec sheet, photos and diagrams, or text the same details to your phone if you would rather not use email. Printed brochures are not mailed out, and material samples such as the shower sample binder are a dealer resource, so for a shopper the digital route is the way to study the product before you buy. Getting Ella's Bubbles Tub Information by Email or Text explains what arrives and how to ask.

What this means in practice: as a shopper you can get everything needed to compare models, the photos, the brochure and the spec sheet with the exact dimensions and electrical figures, in digital form by download, email or text. Physical items, meaning printed catalogs, personalized catalogs and the sample binder, are provided through the dealer and reseller programs for showrooms and customer meetings rather than mailed to individual shoppers. If you are working with an Ella dealer, ask them, since printed catalogs are available to dealers for exactly those customer meetings.

How to Request Literature

  1. Call (800) 480-6850 or open a ticket at ellasbubbles.com/support and name the tub family or the models you are comparing. Ella's Bubbles makes over 28 walk-in tub models, so the information is tailored to what you ask about.
  2. Share an email address, or a phone number if you would rather receive a text.
  3. Watch your inbox or messages. If nothing shows up, check your spam or junk folder, since some providers filter messages with attachments.
  4. Expect links rather than large attachments. Full-resolution brochure files are large and some mail servers reject messages over their size limit, so a download link arrives reliably where an attachment may bounce. If a link does not open, reply to the message and ask for it to be resent.

Contractors and installers can ask for a broader email covering the lineup with specification sheets and diagrams across multiple models, and the catalog is revised as products are added, so ask for the current edition rather than reusing an older file.

Which Brochure Covers Your Model

There is no single brochure for every tub. The six digital brochures are organized by family: the stainless steel inward-swing family (Elite, Petite, Royal, Deluxe and Ultimate), the Ultra, the U-shape outward-swing family (Capri, Monaco, Lounger, Front Entry, Mobile, ShaK and Big4One), the two-seat family (Tub4Two, Companion, Escape and Big4Two), the wheelchair transfer family (Transfer26, Transfer30, Transfer32, Transfer60 and TransferXXL), and the LayDown family (LayDown 30x60 and LayDown 32x72). There is no brochure for the Standard, Standard60, Zen, Zen60 or Flow; for those models use the spec sheet and the product page instead. The guide to the six brochures by tub family lists what each one covers and the known misprints in each, so check it before you quote a brochure figure to your installer.

Brochure or Spec Sheet: Which One to Trust

A brochure is a marketing document with photos, feature callouts and rounded nominal sizes. A spec sheet is the engineering document with actual size, shipping size, net and shipping weight, water capacity, seat dimensions and the amperage of each pump and heater. When the two disagree, the current spec sheet is correct. Use the brochure to shortlist a family and the spec sheet to confirm that a specific model fits your doorway, your floor and your electrical plan. Every product page has a Downloads section with both documents, so you do not need to wait for an email to start reading.

Samples, Showrooms and Seeing a Real Tub

If what you really want is to see and touch the product, there is no sample program for shoppers, but there are two ways to see a real tub. Showroom visits at the Chicago facility are arranged in advance with the team, and live video tours let a specialist show you the tubs on camera. How to Reach Ella's Bubbles Support gives the hours and explains that showroom visits are set up ahead of time rather than drop-in. Ella's Bubbles does not send staff to a customer's home to give a presentation or take measurements; presentations are handled live over video instead.

The dealer-side items are described in Personalized Dealer Catalogs and Print-Ready Brochure Files, which covers the personalized high-resolution catalog, printed catalogs for showroom counters and the shower sample binder. Brochures and other marketing materials go to companies once they are part of the Ella's Bubbles Reseller Program, not to installers who are not enrolled, and approved resellers can also have a custom catalog built with their own logo and contact information.

Common Questions

Will Ella's Bubbles mail me a printed brochure?
No. Printed brochures and booklets are not mailed out, and product literature is sent in digital form by email or text. Printed catalogs are available to dealers for showroom counters and customer meetings, so a dealer you are working with may have one on hand.
Can I get a product sample before I buy a walk-in tub?
Material samples such as the shower sample binder are a dealer resource rather than a shopper item. To see a real tub, arrange a showroom visit in advance or book a live video tour, where a specialist shows the tubs on camera. Ask the team at (800) 480-6850 what can be arranged for your situation.
Which brochure covers the tub model I am considering?
There are six digital brochures, one per family: stainless steel inward-swing, Ultra, U-shape outward-swing, two-seat, wheelchair transfer and LayDown. The Standard, Standard60, Zen, Zen60 and Flow have no brochure, so use the spec sheet and product page for those. Each product page has a Downloads section with the brochure and spec sheet.
What if the brochure email never arrives in my inbox?
Check your spam or junk folder first, since some providers filter messages with attachments. Files are normally sent as download links because large attachments can bounce. If a link does not open or nothing arrived, reply to the message or call (800) 480-6850 and ask for it to be resent.
Can I receive the product information by text instead of email?
Yes. If you do not have an email address handy, the team can text the same photos, specifications and diagrams straight to your phone. Just share a phone number when you call or open a ticket.
Does the brochure give the exact tub dimensions?
No. Brochures list rounded nominal sizes, while the spec sheet gives actual size, shipping size, weights, water capacity and seat dimensions. When a brochure and a spec sheet disagree, the current spec sheet is correct.

About this guide. Answers in the Ella’s Bubbles Support Center are compiled from real conversations with tub owners, our technicians’ notes and the product documentation, then reviewed by our team. Tub models and options have evolved over the years, so a detail here may differ slightly from your exact tub. If something looks different on yours, send us your serial number and a specialist will confirm it for your model.
