How to Secure Air & Hydro Connections in Your Walk-In Tub

okay so here we have a control box and a push control okay and we can demonstrate like a common problem when one of the massages is not working and most of the times it's because there's no connection between the push control and the control box okay so here is the push control that sends air signal to the control box uh through an air tube and as you can see there's the connection and it could be that there's no connection between here here and because the air tube is probably not connected in there or it's faulty so that's what needs to be checked okay so you got the air tube here connected to the push control and that's what uh you know operates the tub to secure the connections on to the control box you'll need to plug it firmly on the nipple and sort of like twist and push at the same time to secure the connection check the connection on the button will retrieve the button from the housing okay so the way to do that is to take a fine flat screwdriver stick it in there you can take a second one and just work your way around it pry it off remove the button and you'll get to the pump the pump is this black part here you pull out and you'll get to the connection here you got the lock nut and the hose and you know just secure the connection pretty much and and uh if it's not connected connect it and put it back in place put it back in place push it in put the button back on and the chrome ring to hold the button place and secure the connection
