Ella's Bubbles publishes its installation videos on the Ella's Bubbles YouTube channel, and the written spec sheets, installation manuals and electrical component diagrams are available from each product page. When a customer or contractor asks for installation help before the tub arrives, support sends the same short list of videos. Each one is general guidance and should be used alongside the model-specific documents and your local codes.

Written Instructions for Your Plumber and Electrician

Installers usually want documents they can carry on site. The manuals and drawings guide shows where to find the installation manual, the spec sheet with dimensions, and the therapy component diagram for your exact model. The component diagram is what the electrician needs, and the spec sheet gives the plumber the drain side, faucet deck location and supply details. Assemble an Installer Packet

  1. Download the installation manual and spec sheet for your model from the product page.
  2. Download the component diagram that matches your therapy package. The schematics index explains which diagram is yours, since the electrical components differ between soaking, hydro, air and microbubble configurations.
  3. Send the installer the Installation Tips, Electrical Setup and Hot Water Supply video links so they are reviewed before demolition begins.
  4. Add any accessory instructions that apply, such as digital control mounting or shower screen placement.
  5. Keep the model and serial number with the packet so the installer can reference them if they call support.

Live Help During the Installation

Ella does not send technicians and does not perform installations. A local licensed plumber and electrician do the work.
