Becoming an Ella dealer, joining the installer network, or qualifying for contractor pricing each starts with an application on ellasbubbles.com. Ella's Bubbles works with three kinds of trade partners: dealers who sell and often install Ella tubs in their territory, independent installers who receive customer referrals from Ella's network, and contractors who buy tubs for their own clients' projects. Each has its own form, and each follows the same path: submit the application with your company details, and the partnership team follows up. Becoming a Dealer or Distributor

  1. Complete the dealer application at ellasbubbles.com/walk-in-tub/dealer-apply/.
  2. Include your business name, location, the territory you serve, and whether you install.
  3. If the form is unavailable, send the same details through a ticket at ellasbubbles.com/support and the team will set you up manually.

Approved dealers receive dealer pricing and access to the dealer portal for proposals and orders. Dealer pricing is confidential: the team does not disclose dealer cost to consumers or to businesses that have not been approved. Until an application is approved, orders are handled at regular pricing. Note that the consumer website's Terms of Use allow Ella's Bubbles to limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors through the retail site, so trade orders go through the dealer channel. Discount codes are honored with respect to Ella dealer territories where applicable. The contact page describes the relationships in more detail: an agent promotes and sells on commission under an agreement, a dealer re-sells Ella products and keeps a monthly marketing budget (purchasing a display tub may be required to qualify), and a distributor purchases and stocks product.

Joining the Installer Network

Ella's Bubbles refers customers to installers in its nationwide network and does not perform installations itself, so experienced walk-in tub installers are welcome in most areas. To join:

Installers in the network receive customer referrals; they contract directly with the homeowner. Ella's technical support backs every installer with manuals, schematics and live video help at no charge, and the installation checklist and installation videos library are open to everyone. Contractor Pricing

Contractors who buy tubs for client projects can qualify for contractor pricing, with a few rules:

  1. Complete the contractor application form, which the team sends on request.
  2. Contractor pricing applies from the second purchase onward. A first-time purchase is handled at regular pricing while the application is reviewed.
  3. Contractor pricing applies to sit-down walk-in tubs. Lay-down models are not eligible.

Contractor pricing is applied on the written proposal, so ask for one and mention your approved status when you request it. Trade accounts can also send purchase orders for replacement parts; the dealer and contractor parts orders article lists what a PO should include.

What Dealers Can and Cannot Promise

The published warranty states that Ella's Bubbles reserves the sole authority to make warranties or representations about its products and is not responsible for warranties or representations made by dealers, retailers, distributors or contractors. Dealers should state the published Lifetime Limited Warranty exactly as written, and customers who bought through a dealer should read the article on dealer and installer purchases and warranty. Dealers should also make sure the warranty activation form, signed by the customer and the installer, is returned after every installation.

Where is the dealer portal, and how do I get an updated price sheet?
Approved dealers receive portal access from the partnership team once the application is approved, and the portal is where proposals and orders are handled. Dealer pricing remains confidential and is shared only with approved accounts.
The contractor application form will not submit. What should I do?

You can also call (800) 480-6850 with the same details. Contractor pricing applies from the second purchase onward once you are approved, so submitting the application early helps.
Do dealers need to stock display tubs?
Purchasing a display tub may be required to qualify as a dealer, and the contact page notes that dealers keep a monthly marketing budget. The partnership team confirms the requirements for your territory during the application, so ask about display and marketing expectations when you apply.
Can we place a bulk order for a project?
