Which Tubs This Diagram Lists

The diagram lists three models: Transfer60, XXL, and Ultimate. "XXL" is the schematic's short form for the TransferXXL. So the Transfer60, the TransferXXL, and the Ultimate are the tubs this drawing covers when all four systems are built in at once. If your tub has air, hydro, and microbubbles but not the independent foot pump, or hydro and microbubbles without air, a different diagram applies.

The Eight Numbered Components

The legend along the bottom of the sheet lists eight components. They are reproduced below as printed.

The legend sends you to your tub's technical drawing for the air jet count, because it differs by model. The air pump is a variable speed pump with Auto Purge: about 20 minutes after you turn the air massage off, it starts on its own and runs for 120 seconds to blow leftover water out of the air lines, then stops. Item 4's push control is marked "Optional: Infusion Microbubbles push control" on the drawing, reflecting that microbubbles are an added option on top of the three massage systems.

Two Hydro Pumps Plus the Microbubble Water Pump

This diagram carries three water pumps and one air pump, and the drawing keeps them on separate lines.

1. Seat Jets Hydro Pump: started by the Hydro Massage push control and its own Air Flow Hydro Massage Intensity Dial Control, it feeds the seat Hydro Jets. The Ozone Generator's "Ozone Out to Hydro System" line joins the hydro plumbing for sanitation.
2. Foot Jets Hydro Pump: started by the foot ON/OFF button and its own intensity dial, it feeds the foot Hydro Jets. The In-Line Water Heater is drawn in this foot-jet loop, so it maintains the temperature of circulating water while the foot pump runs.
3. Microbubble Water Pump: started by the Infusion Microbubbles push control, it draws tub water in, sends it into the MicroBubbles Pressure Tank (the Pressure Vessel of the legend), and returns it through the line marked "Micro Bubbles Out to Jet".
4. Air Pump: driven by the Control Box as Load 1, sending "Air Out to Jets" through the air channels, which are separate from all of the water plumbing above.

Relay Switches on the Diagram

The drawing shows relay switches on the microbubble circuit, the heater circuit, and the foot pump circuit, while the Control Box carries Load 1 for the Air Pump and Load 2 for the Ozone Generator. A relay is simply the switch that lets a low-power push control on the deck turn on a full-size pump or heater safely. Reading the diagram this way tells you what is shared and what is not: the air pump and ozone generator depend on the Control Box, while the foot pump, the in-line heater, and the microbubble pump each have their own relay. When one system stops responding and the others run normally, the fault is on that system's own chain rather than in something shared.

Electrical Printed on the Diagram

Component branches are marked "Electrical 110V", and the footer carries the disclaimer "Please View Specifications for Electrical Amperage (A), Voltage (V) and Wattage (W)." The drawing shows only these two outlets for four pumps and a heater, so the dedicated-line and GFCI requirements are not optional. The spec sheet does not print a separate line for all four systems together; this schematic is the drawing that shows how that combination is plumbed and wired.
