For each you will find the package printed, the models or door families listed, how many dedicated lines it shows, and its revision date.

What a Therapy Schematic Is and How to Read the Legend

A therapy schematic is a single-page component diagram for one therapy package: the boxes that make it work (pumps, control box, in-line water heater, ozone generator, heater pads, keypads) and the arrows between them. Every diagram uses the same layout:

1. An outlet block printing one, two or three outlets, each "Wall Outlet, GFCI Protected, Dedicated Line, 20 AMP, 120 Volts" (one diagram prints 15 AMP).
2. An "Available With:" or "Available On:" list of models or door families; a few diagrams print none.
3. The drawing, with "Electrical 110V" tags on powered items and the air pump rated "110-120 V, 4.5 A" where present.
4. A numbered legend naming each component and its parts.
5. A footer with the revision date and the disclaimer quoted at the end of this page.

Naming the numbered legend component that is not behaving tells the team at (800) 480-6850 which box you mean.

How to Find Yours: Match Your Package, Then Your Model

Start with the therapy package on your order paperwork, not the model name; the same tub appears on several diagrams because it can be ordered with several packages. Then check that your model or door family is printed in the "Available With" list; if not, confirm the right diagram with your Ella dealer or the team at (800) 480-6850 before electrical planning. Model names are as printed; "XXL" is the TransferXXL. Every outlet is GFCI protected, dedicated, 120 Volts.

Only two diagrams print three outlets: the Shak and Big4One digital microbubble package and the two-seat full package. Only the soaking plus heated seat diagram prints 15 AMP, because it has no pumps. For what outlet counts mean on site, see the electrical requirements page.

Duplicate Uploads That Carry the Same Diagram

Duplicates:

1. Hydro Therapeutic Massage: the 2021/10 upload (10-16-23, no model list) and the 2023/03 upload (01-16-26) show the same system; cite the newer one.
2. Air + Hydro + Hydro Foot: the 2021/10 and 2024/06 uploads both carry revision 01-08-26 and the same content. The 2021 copy prints "XXXL" as the last model; the 2024 copy prints "XXL". There is no XXXL model; both mean the TransferXXL. Cite the 2024/06 file.
3. Air + Hydro + Hydro Foot + Microbubble + Heated Seat & Back (push control): air-hydro-hydro-micro-heat.pdf and the 2024/02 compressed upload, both revision 08-01-26 with the same model list and legend.
4. Air + Hydro + Hydro Foot with Digital Controller: air-hydro-hydro-digital.pdf and air-hydro-hydro-digital-heat.pdf both print revision 10-16-23, the same eight models and the same seven components. Despite its name, the second file shows no heated seat components.

Two file names do not match their contents: lay-down-hydro-heat.pdf lists the Standard, Flow and Zen, and lay-down-micro-heat.pdf lists the Stainless Steel and Outward Door families. Go by the printed list. After installation, these boxes are the ones described on the cords and control boxes page.

The Disclaimer Every Diagram Prints

Every schematic closes with "Please View Specifications for Electrical Amperage (A), Voltage (V) and Wattage (W)". The diagram shows how many dedicated lines the package uses and what feeds what; the amperage and wattage of each pump and heater are on the model's spec sheet, the document for your electrician.
