Warranty

Roll-in and barrier-free bases and low-threshold acrylic bases carry a 30-year limited warranty at the original installation location. Report a defect within 10 days of discovering it, keep photos, and note that drilling into the base threshold or exceeding the weight capacity voids coverage. Labor is not included. This clip shows the flexible dam that comes with every barrier-free base: measure, clean the surfaces with denatured alcohol, lay a tape guide line, cut the dam and fit the end cap, peel the red tape back about an inch at a time while seating the dam against the wall and floor, then run a thin silicone bead along the lower edge on both sides and at both end caps.
