Ella's Bubbles wall kit sizes fall into six systems, and the right one depends on the height you need, whether you are covering old tile, and how the panels have to reach the bathroom: SMC subway panel kits at 96, 72 or 48 inches high, acrylic 3-panel kits at 98 or 105 inches, the acrylic tub surround at 52 inches, acrylic wall liner packages at 98 1/2 inches, multi-piece cultured marble surrounds and grout-free interlocking tiles. This article lists the printed sizes for each wall system so you can compare them at a glance. How each one goes up is in installing wall kits, surrounds and tiles.
SMC Subway Panel Kits
SMC (sheet molded compound) panels are a fiberglass composite pressed at high pressure and temperature, glossy white with a subway tile pattern, with an integrated flange on each panel and a tongue and groove interlock. The 12-piece kit covers 36 by 60 by 96 inches and contains four 60 by 24 inch panels and eight 36 by 24 inch panels. The sheet also describes a 9-piece kit at 72 inches high for a lower shower, and a 6-piece kit at 48 inches high for walk-in tub surrounds that do not need floor-to-ceiling coverage. Kits ship in a wooden frame with bubble wrap, foam and sealed plastic. Care: keep indoor humidity moderate, avoid abrasive or ammonia and solvent cleaners, and keep the panels out of direct sun and rain.

Acrylic 3-Panel Shower Wall Kits
Each kit has one back panel 60 inches wide and two side panels 40 inches wide, in your choice of 98 or 105 inch height, so the kit measures 40 by 60 by 98 or 40 by 60 by 105 inches. The panels are 0.118 inch thick Senoplast senosan 3000 ABS and PMMA composite with a glossy, warm-to-the-touch sanitary acrylic surface, described as 100 percent waterproof, impact and discoloration resistant, and repairable. They glue to drywall or over existing tile, can be cut to fit, and are finished at the edges with molding (not included) or caulking. The three flat panels roll and ship in a 24 by 24 by 61 inch box at 81 pounds, anywhere in the USA or Canada. Finishes: solid white gloss, CNC engraved patterns cut into the acrylic (the product pages list herringbone, hexagon and bamboo), and high-resolution printed marble and stone looks such as the Calacatta series. A shorter 40 by 48 by 60 inch version of the same 3-panel system is offered as a walk-in tub wall surround. A special-order option adds a 2 inch 90 degree front edge bend on the side panels (38 inches plus the bend) to cover old wall edges; bent kits cannot be rolled for shipping.

Acrylic Tub Surround, 4-Piece and 6-Piece
Designed to fit a standard 60 by 32 inch tub alcove, the surround is high-gloss white 0.118 inch acrylic with reinforced backing, installed direct to studs or over backer board with interlocking edges and pre-molded corners. The 4-piece kit covers 36 by 60 by 52 inches. The 6-piece kit covers 40 by 60 by 52 inches and adds two low side panels: its panel list is a back wall panel with molded shelves (30 by 52, shelves 4 1/2 inches deep), a plain back wall panel (32 by 52), left and right side wall panels (36 by 52) and left and right low side panels (40 by 6). Sides are reversible.
Acrylic Wall Liner Packages (Standard and Complete)
These flat-wall acrylic liners are 40 wide by 65 long by 98 1/2 inches high with 2 inch bends on the side walls, made from 0.120 inch acrylic sheet, and can be installed over existing tile or on drywall. Panels: a soap dish wall panel 65 by 98 1/2 and two side panels 40 by 98 1/2. Finishes: white, almond, breccia and travertine. The Standard package is the three panels plus the installation kit with color-matched silicone (net 97 pounds, shipping 115 pounds, 105 by 31 by 42 inch carton). The Complete package adds a 60 by 32 by 3 1/2 inch white shower base with a left or right drain, a white acrylic corner shower seat, a four-shelf tower corner caddy and a 2 inch chrome drain cover (net 132 pounds, shipping 150 pounds). Printed warranty: limited lifetime on the acrylic wall liners.
Multi-Piece Cultured Marble Surrounds
The video presents the cultured marble travertine shower walls, made from a natural quartz and granite composite with a gel coat surface for a durable, easy-clean marble look. They come as 8-, 6- or 4-panel surrounds that one person can carry and install, and the panels can be glued over drywall, plaster, painted walls, cement board or existing tile. Edges are factory finished for seamless joining but can be trimmed and cut for a custom fit. The brochure adds the panel finishes, Flat White Matte, 4 by 8 Subway White Gloss, Sanctuary White Matte, Prairie White Matte and Horizon White Matte, notes that the largest panel is 36 by 60 inches, that the kit ships flat on a 64 by 40 inch pallet, and that color variation is normal for cultured marble.
Grout-Free Tongue and Groove Wall Tiles
These 12 by 24 inch tiles are 5/32 inch thick, with an SPC (stone and plastic composite) core, a PVC decorative layer, a high-resistance PU protective layer and a UV coating, and a painted V-bevel on all four sides. They are 100 percent waterproof, impact resistant, fire rated to B-s2, d0, and interlock with a tongue and groove so there is no grout. Colors include Corintia Marble and Brushed Concrete among several marble looks. Installation notes from the sheet: let the tiles acclimate in the room for 24 hours, prime the wall with a nap roller, and run the tiles from floor to ceiling. A related Palisade grout-free PVC wall tile, a white-labeled Acoustic Ceiling Products panel, is documented separately: a tile about 3/16 inch thick and about 15 by 25 3/4 inches in a Carrara marble design with a Class B flame spread rating, applied directly with construction adhesive.
The short tile video shows how little there is to it: the tiles go over a new or existing surface, each one is measured, scored and snapped to size, adhesive goes on the back, a thin bead of silicone runs along each joint for a watertight seal, and the tile is set and snapped into its neighbor's tongue and groove.
Sealing the Panels to a Walk-In Tub
Whichever system you choose, a tile flange goes on the tub edge first so the panel or tile can overlap it, and every joint is caulked with silicone. The flange kit and its lengths are in the glue-up tile flange kit, and the finishing sequence in tile flange and wall finishing. For a recessed shelf in the wall, see installing the shower niche and soap dish.
