What the Live Video Tour Is

From the comfort of your home you can see, hear, and choose your walk-in tub through a live walkthrough of the showroom or the production facility. The tour is done by a real specialist with a real tub on a real-time video call, not a recording. There is a live tub with water in it on the showroom floor so the jetting options can be demonstrated, and you can watch tubs being assembled and tested in the facility. 2. Enter your name and the mobile number you will use for the call. After scheduling, a team member touches base to confirm the appointment.
3. Shortly before the call, a colleague usually reaches out, often about half an hour ahead, to make sure you are ready and to send the link.

Tours are offered on weekdays during those hours; there are no weekend slots. If you need to reschedule, call (800) 480-6850 and a new time will be set up.

How You Join the Call

You do not need to download an app or create a login. A one-tap video link is texted to your phone, and you simply tap it at the appointment time.
