push button controls work with pneumatic pressure the red connection tube you see here is connected to the chromotherapy control box for proper function make sure the red tube is securely connected to the box and make sure there is a tight connection to the push button using the locking nut pushing the button creates pneumatic pressure activating the relay switch inside the control box here we have the control box for the air massage pump power to the box is shown here power to the pump is shown here the red tube should connect firmly to the box and then securely to the push button again securing the lock nut here is an example of an air lock problem the push button is stuck in the down position to relieve this air lock simply disconnect the red tube from the control box and the button will pop up reconnect the tube at the control box and as you push the button you should hear an audible clicking sound inside the control box indicating the relay is being activated
