Which Tubs This Diagram Lists

The "Available On" box names two door families: Stainless Steel, the inward-swing tubs with the brushed stainless steel and frosted glass door, and Outward Door, the tubs with the plastic composite and tempered glass door that swings outward. Only models within those families that offer the triple package use this drawing, and not every model does. The Royal, for example, is the stainless steel door model whose spec sheet leads its package list with "Hydro + Air + Microbubble Therapy (LED Chromatherapy Light included)." The Seven Numbered Components

The legend numbers seven components, repeated exactly as printed.

Notice that item 2 is printed as the Seat Hydro Massage System. There is no separate foot-jet pump in this package. The tub has one seat hydro pump, one air pump, and one microbubble water pump with its pressure tank. That keeps the pump count at three even though the bather enjoys three therapies.

Air and Hydro on the Digital Controller, Microbubble on Its Own Button

Items 1 and 2 both print ON/OFF Digital Controller, so the air massage and the seat hydro massage are switched from the touchpad. Item 3 prints ON/OFF Button: the microbubble system keeps its own Infusion Microbubbles push control and its own relay switch. In everyday use, you start and stop the air and hydro therapies from the digital controller and press the separate button to start the microbubbles. The air pump is a variable speed blower with Auto Purge; about 20 minutes after you turn the air massage off, the purge starts on its own and runs for 120 seconds to blow leftover water out of the air lines. Where the Controls Sit

On the deck the drawing shows the Digital Controller, the Air Flow Hydro Massage Intensity Dial Control, and the Infusion Microbubbles push control. The dial is an air control connected to the hydro system by an air hose; turning it adds or removes air in the hydro jets to change how firm they feel. Behind the apron, the Electronic Component Controller carries Load 1 and Load 2 for the pumps, with relay switches on the heater and microbubble circuits. The hydro water path runs from the seat hydro pump through the In-Line Water Heater to the hydro jets, with the Ozone Generator feeding its sanitation into the hydro system. Electrical Printed on the Diagram

Two wall outlets are printed, #1 and #2, each GFCI Protected, Dedicated Line, 20 AMP, 120 Volts. The Air Pump carries its own rating of 110-120 V, 4.5 A, and the other components are marked Electrical 110V. The page carries the disclaimer "Please View Specifications for Electrical Amperage (A), Voltage (V) and Wattage (W)," so pump and heater amperage come from your model's spec sheet. The Royal sheet, for example, prints a hydro pump of 5 to 7A with a 6A 650W in-line heater, an air pump of 4.5A 500W, a 1 HP microbubble pump of 7.3A with pressure vessel and agitator valve, ozone sterilization of 0.04A, and an LED chromatherapy light of 0.5A.
