This page explains the therapy schematic titled Air + Hydro + Hydro Foot Therapeutic Massage + Microbubble Therapy + Heated Seat & Back, the push-control version of the fullest single-seat package Ella's Bubbles offers. The diagram is published for the Transfer60, TransferXXL and Ultimate walk-in tubs and appears in two uploads on ellasbubbles.com, both carrying the revision date 08-01-26. Below you will find the model list, the ten numbered components, the master control box loads, how the heated seat is powered, and the electrical values printed on the sheet.
Two Uploads of the Fullest Push-Control Stack
Ella's Bubbles hosts this diagram at two addresses: air-hydro-hydro-micro-heat.pdf in the walk-in-tub schematics folder and Air-Hydro-Hydro-Foot-Micro-Heated-Seat-compressed.pdf in the 2024/02 uploads folder. Both print revision 08-01-26, the same "Available On" line and the same ten-item legend, so whichever copy you have is current. The diagram covers every therapy that can be fitted to a single-seat tub at once: air massage, seat hydro massage, independent foot hydro massage, optional microbubble infusion, and the heated seat and backrest, plus the in-line water heater, ozone sanitation and LED chromatherapy that support them.
Which Tubs It Lists
The sheet prints "Available On: Transfer60, XXL, Ultimate." The "XXL" entry is the TransferXXL, the bariatric member of the Transfer family. Microbubbles is marked Optional, so not every tub built to this diagram has the pressure tank and microbubble push control. See the Ultimate profile and the TransferXXL profile for model details.
The Ten Numbered Components
The legend numbers ten components. The wording below follows the printed sheet.
- Air Massage System. Refer to the technical drawing for jet count; variable speed pump with auto purge; ON/OFF push button.
- Seat Hydro Massage System. Hydro pump; hydro massage air flow intensity control; ON/OFF push button.
- Foot Hydro Massage System. Hydro pump; hydro massage air flow intensity control; ON/OFF button.
- Infusion Microbubbles / Micro Bubble Therapy System (Optional). Microbubble pump; pressure vessel; ON/OFF button, on its own push control.
- Led Light. Chromatherapy.
- In-Line Water Heater. Master Control Box.
- Electronic Component Controller. Master Box.
- Ozone Generator. Ozone sanitation system.
- Surface Heater Pads. Heater pads.
- Surface Key Pad. ON/OFF push button, labeled Heat Keypad on the diagram.
Every therapy on this version is started from a push button. The deck carries push controls for hydro massage, LED and air massage, the Heat Keypad and a hydro massage push control sit near the master control box, and the optional microbubble system has its own push control. If your tub has a touchpad instead, you are looking at the digital variant described on the push controls versus digital touchpad page.
Master Control Box Loads
The Electronic Component Controller, drawn as the Master Control Box, is the hub of the system. The diagram labels two loads leaving it: Load 1 is the air pump, with "Air Out to Jets," and Load 2 is the ozone generator, with "Ozone Out to Hydro System." The in-line water heater is also wired through this box, and the foot circuit runs water through the heater and then to the foot jets hydro pump, which has its own intensity dial. The seat circuit has its own hydro pump and dial with a relay switch. The microbubble circuit runs water in to the water pump, through the MicroBubbles pressure tank, and out to the jet. Relay switches are shown on the microbubble, heater and foot circuits.
Knowing which load belongs to which box helps when a single therapy stops. The cords, control boxes and connections page shows what those boxes look like under the apron.
Surface Heater Pads and the Heat Keypad
The heated seat and back on these tubs is electric. Components 9 and 10 on the legend are the Surface Heater Pads and the Surface Key Pad, and the pads are driven from the control system and switched on and off at the Heat Keypad. This is completely separate from the in-line water heater, which warms the water circulating through the hydro jets. In practice that means "my seat is not warm" and "my water is not staying warm" are two different questions with two different components behind them. Give the pads 10 to 15 minutes to preheat before you get in, and expect them to switch off on their own after 20 minutes, which is normal. The heated seat and backrest page covers how the pads behave and what to check.
Electrical Printed on the Diagram
| Item | Printed requirement |
|---|---|
| Wall outlet #1 | GFCI Protected, Dedicated Line, 20 AMP, 120 Volts |
| Wall outlet #2 | GFCI Protected, Dedicated Line, 20 AMP, 120 Volts |
| Air Pump | 110-120 V, 4.5 A |
| Components | Electrical 110V |
Even fully loaded, the single-seat package on the Transfer60, TransferXXL and Ultimate runs on two dedicated GFCI 20 amp, 120 volt circuits. The sheet adds this disclaimer: "Please View Specifications for Electrical Amperage (A), Voltage (V) and Wattage (W)." Pump ratings live on each model's specification sheet, and because those values can change with availability, confirm with the team at (800) 480-6850 if an exact number is needed for a permit.
Reading This Diagram During a Service Call
When you call about a therapy that is not responding, having this sheet open makes the conversation quicker. A few patterns the diagram makes obvious:
- If the air massage does not start but hydro works, the question is the air pump on Load 1 of the master control box and its push button.
- If the foot jets are weak but the seat jets are strong, each has its own pump and its own intensity dial, so compare the two dials first.
- If the seat is not warm, look at the Heat Keypad and the surface heater pads, not the in-line water heater.
- If there is no microbubble control on your deck at all, the optional package was not part of your order; the microbubble infusion therapy page explains what the option adds.
- If the air pump runs on its own about 20 minutes after your bath, that is the auto purge clearing the air lines for 120 seconds, and it is normal.
