Every Therapy and Control Video in One Place: Air, Hydro, Foot Massage, Microbubble, Heated Seat, Lights and Controls

Updated September 2026

Looking for the walk-in tub therapy and control videos in one place? Ella's Bubbles has published a short video for nearly every therapy and control on its walk-in tubs, and this page lists them all with one line on what each shows, so you can find the air speeds, the hydro dial, the foot massage, microbubbles, the heated seat, the lights and the control panels quickly. Three of them are embedded below, and every entry links to the article that covers that feature in depth. Two notes apply throughout: on every Ella three-speed air control the first press is high, then medium, then low, then off; and Auto Purge runs 20 minutes after the air pump is turned off, for 120 seconds. Where an older video says something different, the caption says so.

Air Massage and Auto Purge

Hydro Massage and the Intensity Dial

This clip has no narration. It shows the intensity control dial on the deck being turned while the hydro jets run, and the change in the jet stream that follows. What it demonstrates is the same thing Ella's narrated dial video states: every Ella tub with hydro massage has an intensity control dial, turning it up introduces more air into the jet stream for a stronger flow, and turning it down reduces the air for a gentler flow. The dial is an air control on a hose rather than an electrical switch, which is why it works the same whether the pump was started from push buttons or the digital touchpad. If the dial ever feels stiff, the jet and intensity dial adjustment article shows the fix.

Independent Foot Massage

The video introduces the independent foot massage option. You enter over the low threshold and, with the two-piece fast-fill faucet, fill only the footwell; there is no need to fill the whole tub for a foot massage. A separate control dial adjusts the intensity of the jet stream. Four dedicated foot jets and two calf jets, driven by their own pump, deliver the massage, and the option can be enjoyed every day without a full bath. Owning articles: independent foot massage, and water level before running the jets, which covers the footwell fill line.

Chromatherapy Lights

This demonstration has no narration. It shows the LED chromatherapy light in the tub cycling through its range of colors, then holding on a single color. On either control style the behavior is: press the light button once and the light cycles through the spectrum; press again to pause on the color you like, with repeated single presses stepping through the solid colors; press and hold for two seconds to turn the light off. The light has its own control box and transformer, separate from the pump circuits. Owning article: chromatherapy lights guide.

Common Questions

Which video shows how the air massage speeds work?
The push controls and digital touchpad video, and the two air massage and Auto Purge videos. All three show the same order: high, medium, low, off.
Is there a video on the hydro intensity dial?
Yes, two: the silent demonstration embedded above and the narrated Hydro Massage Control Dial video. Both show that turning the dial up adds air for a stronger stream and turning it down softens it.
Which video shows the foot massage?
Independent Foot Massage, embedded above, including the footwell-only fill to just below the seat and above the calf jets.
Is there a microbubble demonstration?
Yes. Infusion Micro-Bubble Therapy shows the water turning cloudy as the bubbles fill the tub from a single port. One touch starts it and a second touch turns it off.
A video says 15 minutes for Auto Purge. Which is right?
The published specification is 20 minutes after the air pump is turned off, running for 120 seconds. Some units may fire slightly early; either way it is normal, automatic and self-stopping, and you can stay in the tub or drain and step out as usual.
Which video shows what the heated seat button does?
Heated Seat Option. Press once to turn it on, ideally 10 to 15 minutes before you get in; it turns itself off after 20 minutes and one more press restarts it.
Is there a video on the chromatherapy light controls?
Yes, the silent demonstration above and the push controls and digital touchpad video. One press cycles the colors, another press holds a color, and a two second hold turns the light off.
Do the push buttons and the digital touchpad do different things?
No. They perform the same functions on the same pumps. The push buttons send a puff of air to the control box, while the touchpad connects electrically, which is why a loose air tube can make a push button seem dead. The push controls versus digital touchpad article covers both.
Is there a video on how to use the whole tub for the first time?
Yes. The Ultimate Walk-In Tub Guide walks through a complete bath from stepping in to draining, and the how to take a bath step by step article turns it into a written checklist.
