Ella's Bubbles supports new dealers and installers with a set of product, marketing and technical resources: brochures and personalized catalogs, visits or live video tours of the Chicago showroom, video calls from the showroom for customer conversations, trade show banners from an in-house design team, the EllaSync catalog and shower builder for your website, installation manuals and free lifetime technical support by phone, email and live video for any licensed installer, and a spare parts ordering process for the truck. Certification by Ella is not required to install its tubs, so the emphasis is on documents and live help during the job. Ella's Bubbles Dealer Program describes how a business applies, and this page collects what is available once you are in.
Three Ways to Work with Ella
Three kinds of trade partners work with Ella's Bubbles: dealers who sell and often install Ella tubs in their territory, independent installers who receive customer referrals from Ella's network, and contractors who buy tubs for their own clients' projects. Each applies through a form on ellasbubbles.com and the partnership team follows up. Dealers apply through the Become a Dealer section with their business information and, once approved, gain wholesale access along with brochures, showroom resources and trade show support. Installers in the network are referred to customers who contact the team with their location, and the network includes installers listed through Angi Pro. How do I find a reputable walk-in tub installation company? shows what a customer is told about the network, which is worth reading before your first referral.
Product Knowledge and Showroom Resources
Ella's Bubbles is a family-owned company based in Chicago, where products are assembled and jetted, and dealers and their clients can visit the Chicago showroom in person or join a live video tour. Video calls from the showroom can be arranged to help dealers with walk-in tub conversations, so a customer in your office can see a specific model live. The product line runs to more than 28 walk-in tub models, customizable for small, extra large and super tall users, including lay-on tubs and two-seat tubs, plus wheelchair roll-in shower pans in 30x60, 32x60 and 36x60 inch sizes with left- or right-side configurations, seamless no-step-over shower bases, custom acrylic bases and a three-piece acrylic wall system measuring 40 by 60 by 98 inches high.
- Brochures to use when showing products to your own clients.
- Custom banners and catalogs with your logo. Send a high-resolution logo and the company details you want included.
- High-resolution images and descriptions to refresh product pages that already rank well without losing their search position.
- Pop-up banners with your dealer information for local trade shows, and an in-house design team to help create custom show materials.
Website Tools: EllaSync
Dealers and contractors in the network can add the Ella product catalog, the shower builder and the walk-in tub catalog to their own website through EllaSync, a simple embed supplied by the web support team that keeps everything up to date automatically. Customers browse tubs and design showers without leaving your site, so the traffic stays with you and you stay in control of the customer relationship. Open a ticket at ellasbubbles.com/support asking for EllaSync, include your website address and the page where it will live, and state which embeds you want. On WordPress, create a new page, choose a full-width template if your theme offers one, add an Embed or HTML block, paste the code and publish. Other platforms and custom-built sites are supported, and the web support team will work with your developer directly. The team has also offered dealers a ready-to-use webpage that can be added to a site. Adding the Ella Catalog and Shower Builder to Your Dealer Website has the full steps.
Installation Resources for the Crew
Ella never performs or charges for installation and does not send technicians, so the installation resources are built to make a licensed plumber and electrician self-sufficient. Ella supports the contractor at no charge with manuals and live phone, email and video technical help, and any licensed installer is acceptable without certification by Ella. The video on this page covers the electrical side: Ella makes sure all electrical components are clearly marked and easily accessible, the pumps, heaters and other components are certified and user-friendly, and the connection from the tub to the home's power supply must use dedicated GFCI protected outlets. The tub cannot share a circuit with any other appliance, the breaker box must use GFCI protected breakers, and the amperage in the breaker box must match the number and type of components in the tub.
The warranty activation form is the other document every installer should know. The installer section commits to a level installation with every leveling leg touching the floor, a dedicated GFCI breaker, and a door seal confirmed watertight after a 20-minute fill, and willingness to complete and sign it is the clearest mark of a reputable installer. Because the published warranty excludes labor, installation and removal, and Ella is not responsible for warranties made by dealers, retailers, distributors or contractors, installers provide their own labor warranties. Labor Coverage Comes From Your Installer: What to Ask For in Writing Before the Tub Goes In lists what customers are told to request, which is a good template for your own labor agreement: scope, length, what a call-out covers, whether you return to fit a warranty part, and keeping the access panels reachable.
Keeping Parts on the Truck
Dealers, installers and service companies can request a batch of spares through support without opening a separate ticket for every item. Send the parts list with quantities, the tub models and sizes each part fits, the door side for hinge and gasket parts, the finish for faucet parts, the ship-to address with an attention name and phone number, and whether you need ground or overnight service. Support confirms what is in stock, ships by FedEx or UPS with overnight available, and replies with tracking on the same thread. Parts commonly stocked include door seals and gaskets, door latches, push-button controls, hand shower wands and hoses, drain assemblies, faucet sets, water spouts, heaters, light assemblies, thermostatic control valves and floor jets. A part replacing a defective one on a registered tub ships under the lifetime parts warranty once support verifies the claim, so include that tub's serial number and a photo of the failed part. Truck stock not tied to a claim is invoiced and paid by card before it ships. The thermostatic control valve carries a 1-year limited warranty, and its cartridge can usually be cleaned and reused.
