How a Tub Order to Canada Works

Walk-In Tubs Canada takes orders anywhere in Canada, from Nova Scotia to British Columbia, and can also arrange installation, which Ella does not offer anywhere. Some models are also carried by Home Depot Canada, though not every configuration. Whoever sells the tub confirms the model, door side, therapy package, faucet and accessories before it is built and tested, and every tub is built for North American 120 volt electrical service.

• Installation. Ella has no representatives or installers of its own in Canada and does not send technicians. Any licensed local plumber and electrician can install the tub using the owner's manual and free technical support by phone and email, and the team can help you get in touch with local installers when you call with your city and province.
• Shower bases. Ella shower bases are fragile and easily damaged during shipment, so they are not shipped to Canadian addresses. Source a base locally or ask about a walk-in tub instead, and check before planning a bathroom around any product you are unsure about.

Who Pays Duties, Brokerage and Taxes

The published shipping page states that Ella's Bubbles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order, and that all fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs, taxes, storage and other related costs. 1. Send the team your model, serial number, photos of the part and a street shipping address, through a ticket or by phone. The serial number video shows where to find it, on the inside of one of the removable panels, and explains that it tells the team when the tub was made and which replacement parts are compatible with your unit.
2. The team identifies the part, confirms the details with you and packs it at the Chicago warehouse. Parts travel by parcel carrier, and small items go with USPS or UPS, not by freight.
3. When the label is created, the tracking number is emailed to you, often with a link to the how-to video for that part. Once the carrier has the package, the team sees the same tracking page you do and nothing more, and the delivery date shown is the carrier's estimate.
4. If a defective part needs to come back for diagnosis, a return label is included in the box.
