Broken Vanity Drawers, Doors or Cabinet: How to Get a Replacement

If a drawer, door, handle or the cabinet body of your Ella vanity arrived broken, a replacement can be arranged. Open a ticket at ellasbubbles.com/support with clear photos of the damage and a short description of exactly which piece needs replacing. Once the team confirms that a matching part is available in your finish and you confirm your shipping address, the replacement ships and you receive the tracking number.

What the Team Needs from You

The process moves fastest when the first message already contains everything the team has to check.

  1. Photos showing the damaged drawer, door, handle or cabinet, plus one wider photo of the whole vanity so the model and finish are clear.
  2. A description of what is wrong. Say whether it is the drawer box, a drawer front, a door, a handle and its screw, or the cabinet body.
  3. Where you purchased and your order number. If you bought through a retailer, include the retailer order number.
  4. The shipping address for the replacement. The team asks you to confirm it before anything ships.

Availability in Your Finish

Replacement doors, drawers and tops are matched by vanity model and finish, and the team checks stock before promising a part. Some finishes are stocked for a given model while others are not, so the team may tell you that a door or drawer in your color is not currently available and discuss the options for your order. When every drawer in a side cabinet is broken, a complete replacement cabinet can be sent instead of individual drawers. A quartz stone top with backsplash can also be replaced as a unit, matched to the faucet-hole count of your original. If the finish has minor scuffs from shipping, ask whether touch-up paint in your color can be included with the replacement shipment.

Bought Through a Retailer?

Retailer orders are handled the same way. When you report damage to the retailer, the retailer forwards the request to Ella's Bubbles, and the team then contacts you directly for photos, a description of the damaged piece and a confirmed shipping address. Keep your retailer order number handy so the team can match the request to your vanity. The full picture of how support and parts work for retailer purchases is in this guide for retailer-purchased products.

After It Ships

Small parts such as handles, doors and drawers ship by parcel carrier, and the team sends the tracking number as soon as the package is on its way. If the tracking has not arrived or the package seems late, see Where Is My Replacement Part?. For an overview of the vanity and cabinet line itself, see Ella bathroom furniture.

Common Questions

Do I need to send photos of the broken drawers?
Yes. Photos of the damage and a short description of the exact piece are the first things the team asks for. They confirm what needs to ship and which finish to match.
Can a whole side cabinet be replaced instead of the drawers?
Yes. When every drawer in a cabinet is broken, the team can send a complete replacement cabinet. Availability in your finish is confirmed before it ships.
I bought my vanity through a retailer, so who do I contact?
Report the damage to the retailer, and the retailer forwards the request to Ella's Bubbles. The team then reaches out to you directly for photos, a description and a confirmed shipping address, and ships the replacement with tracking.
Will I get a tracking number for the replacement part?
Yes. The team sends the tracking number as soon as the replacement is on its way. Confirm your shipping address when asked so the package goes to the right place.
What happens if my finish is no longer stocked?
The team checks stock for your exact model and finish before promising a part. If a match is not available, they will tell you and discuss what can be done for your order.
