Warranty or Purchase?

The lifetime limited parts warranty applies to the original purchaser at the original installation address. A jet that cracks or leaks in normal use can be requested under the warranty by opening a ticket with photos, a description of the problem and the serial number, and the support team verifies coverage against the published terms. Jets that were broken during installation or while moving the tub are not a manufacturing defect, so those are purchased, and the team ships them promptly when a job is waiting. Disconnecting and Reconnecting an Air Line

The clear air tube seats in a push-fit quick-connect elbow, and it can be released without tools.

  1. Press the blue release ring firmly against the body of the elbow.
  2. While holding the ring in, pull the clear tube straight out.
  3. Inspect the end of the tube and the elbow for corrosion or debris and clean them.
  4. Push the tube back into the elbow until it seats fully, then run the air pump to confirm the connection holds.

If the elbow itself or the jet body needs to come off, ask the team to confirm the procedure for your model before forcing anything.

Common Questions

How many air jets should I order at once?
Order the number that are damaged or missing, and include the quick-connect elbows or tubing if those were affected too. Tell the team the count and they will confirm stock before processing.
Can I order replacement hydro jets the same way?
Loose hydro jets are not stocked the way air jets, elbows and tubing are. Send a photo of the hydro part and your serial number and the team will tell you what is possible for your model.
Are broken air jets covered under the warranty?
A jet that fails in normal use on a covered tub can be requested as a parts warranty item by the original owner at the original address, subject to verification by support. Damage caused during installation or transport is not covered, and those jets are ordered as a purchase.
