Do Ella Shower Stall Walls Come Smooth, or Only With the Molded Tile Pattern?

Ella molded shower stalls come only with the tile pattern formed into the walls. There is no smooth-wall version of the stall, and the pattern cannot be left off at the factory because it is part of the molded surface rather than a printed or applied finish. What the Pattern Looks Like

The stall walls carry a molded tile layout across the surround. On some stalls the back wall also has a single upper row with a diamond pattern as an accent, with the tile pattern below it. Listing photos can make this hard to read, which is why shoppers often ask whether the walls are textured. The lines you see are part of the molded surface, not grout joints, so there is nothing to seal or regrout and the surface wipes down like any other acrylic wall. Why There Is No Smooth Option

Because the wall texture is created by the mold, every stall of a given model comes out with the same pattern. Ella does not offer a smooth version of these stalls, and the pattern cannot be removed or filled on request. The stall is only available with the tile pattern. If You Want Plain Walls

Consider a shower base and a wall kit rather than a one-piece stall. The Shower Comes in White Only

Ella shower stalls, bases and wall panels are offered in white only. Beige is the color customers ask about most often, and it is not available. No other color is offered on the base, the walls or the stall.

Because the shower cannot be supplied in another color, plan the rest of the room around white. Coordinate floor tile, wall paint and the vanity with a white shower from the start.

When the pieces arrive, the molded texture and the white finish are both expected, so neither is a reason to refuse the shipment. Check instead for color consistency across pieces, any cracks or gouges, and that the base, walls and door match the model on your order. Photograph anything that looks wrong before installation and open a ticket so it can be reviewed.
