Which Replacement Parts Fit a Legacy Ella S-Class 3052 or 3060 Tub?

There is no published list of current Ella parts that fit an S-Class 3052 or 3060, so every replacement is matched to your tub by the team from its serial number and your photos. What the published sources do settle is which part families the S-Class used, which of them have a current equivalent or a standard plumbing substitute, and which must be identified before anything is ordered. Part by Part: What the S-Class Used and What Replaces It

The pattern in the table is that nothing on the S-Class is orphaned, but nothing is ordered by model name either. The drain and the pipe runs beneath it fall back on standard 2 inch PVC that any plumber can work with, the faucet and door depend on a photo match, and the electrical parts are identified from the unit itself. Technical support for the life of the tub applies to the S-Class as it does to every Ella tub. For a tub 6 or more years old some parts may no longer be stocked, and in that case the team confirms a current equivalent or a substitute.

Start with the Serial Number and the Threshold

• Photograph the serial label behind the magnetic access panel next to the door. The serial tells the team when the tub was built and which parts are compatible.
• Note whether you have the 3 inch or the 6 inch threshold. On the 6 inch standard-threshold version the frame is raised so the drain fits beneath the tub and the jets sit on the floor. On the 3 inch low-threshold version the frame is lowered, the jets are raised off the floor and the drains require subfloor access. • Record the approximate installation year, whether you are the original owner, and where the tub was purchased.

Door, Latch and Leveling

The 3052 and 3060 have a chrome stainless steel door latch, shown in both videos on this page, and for operation the stainless inward-swing door documents are the closest current match, confirmed against your serial number. Before asking for a door because it is hard to close, have the leveling legs checked, because every leg must sit solidly on the floor or the door will not align. When a replacement door is genuinely needed, it is ordered from the door supplier for the older style and may not be a perfect color match. Faucet and Cartridge

The S-Class shipped with a 5-piece or 2-piece fast-fill faucet with 5 ft supply lines, and the 3052 and 3060 video shows the 5-piece set with the extendable multi-function shower head. Some older Ella tubs were fitted with Huntington Brass or Jandon faucets instead, and those are supported by their makers rather than by Ella's warranty; the team does not carry Huntington Brass parts. Do not buy a cartridge until the faucet is identified. Drain, Jets, Heater, Pump and Control Box

The S-Class drain is an oversized 2 inch drain with a safety chain and a large easy-turn opener, shown in the videos; the 3655 has dual drains. The white plastic drain fittings shown for the tub are marked discontinued, but the drain body is a 2 inch fitting and the pipe runs beneath it are standard PVC a plumber can cut and re-join, while the drain body, elbow and plug come from the team. On the low-threshold version the drains need subfloor access, so tell your plumber which threshold you have before the work starts.

Therapy came as three-speed air with Auto Purge and hydro with an in-line heater and intensity dial. Air was always paired with hydro, and an air-only 3052 was not sold. The electrical components plug into a dedicated GFCI outlet. For an in-line heater, pump or control box that is leaking or failing, photograph the unit and the connections around it, and the team identifies it from those photos. Jet caps dropping off are their own part family, so photograph the jets as well.

What the Sources Do Not Settle

• Options. The 4-fold screen, heated seat and backrest, head and neck pillow and seat pillow were S-Class options. Their current availability for a legacy tub is not listed, so ask the team.
• Warranty. The published parts warranty is a lifetime limited warranty for the original purchaser at the original installation address, and technical support runs for the life of the tub.
