Bathing a pet where it is most relaxed, at home, is the idea behind the design, and the door handle seals the tub so water stays in while a wet pet climbs out. The Pet Spa is positioned for single-family homes and pet grooming businesses. Our team describes it as best for small animals; it is not a large commercial grooming tub, though some groomers use it. It is recommended for indoor use because of the electrical and water pump requirements, and it needs a drain connection and power for the microbubble pump. Care and Operation

My small-pet platform was missing from the delivery. What do I do?
If your removable platform for small animals was missing from your Pet Spa delivery, open a ticket at ellasbubbles.com/support with your order number. The Ella's Bubbles team will verify your order and send the insert if it was included with your Pet Spa.
Does the ozone sterilize the pet?
No, the ozone feature in the Ella Pet Spa does not sterilize the pet directly. The ozone sterilization, which is built into the microbubble handset, treats the bath water to reduce bacteria and odor, but it is not applied to the animal itself.
Can the Pet Spa ship to Canada?

Can I install the Pet Spa outdoors or in a barn?
