Faucet, Drains, Electrical

5-piece fast-fill faucet (up to 18 GPM) with two 3/4 in by 5 ft supply lines; dual 2 in 4-port drains; deck and wall grab bars; dedicated GFCI 110/120V 60Hz line(s). The Capri runs on standard household 110 to 120 volt power, never 220 to 240 volts, and a hydro plus air package with the heated seat needs two dedicated 20 amp lines; the exact count for your package is in electrical requirements by model. The Soaking version has no jets or jet holes and needs no outlet unless a heated seat is added. Like every Ella model except the Front Entry, the Capri is ordered left-hand or right-hand, with the door and seat on one side and the drains at the opposite end.

Is a soaker Capri available?
Yes, a soaker Capri walk-in tub is available. Soaking units do not include jets or jet holes and do not require an electrical outlet unless a heated seat is added. These units are built in smaller runs, so it is recommended to check availability before scheduling an installer.
What is the step-in height?
The step-in height for the Ella Capri walk-in tub is approximately 3.5 to 4 inches, which is among the lowest in the Ella's Bubbles line. Recessing the drain below the subfloor can lower the step-in height further. If the exact step-in height is critical for your installation, please ask for your model's specific figure in writing.
Why can't the Capri have hydro, air and microbubble together?
The Ella Capri walk-in tub cannot have hydro, air, and microbubble therapies together because its compact frame has room for a maximum of two therapy systems. The pumps and equipment for these systems are located under the seat. If you desire a walk-in tub with three therapy systems, consider the Ella Royal, Monaco, or Transfer32 models.
Does the Capri include microbubble therapy?
Microbubble therapy is an optional feature for the Ella Capri walk-in tub, not a default inclusion. To have microbubble therapy, you must choose the Hydro + Microbubble package when placing your order. Therapy systems are built in at the factory and cannot be added to the tub after it has been ordered.
How many foot jets does the Capri have?

Every Capri model is ordered as either left-hand or right-hand, meaning the door and seat are on one side, and the drains and faucet deck are on the opposite end. You should choose the side that aligns with your house drain and confirm this with your installer.
Where does the extension panel go?
It fills the gap at one end of a 60 inch alcove, with the reversible end panel finishing an exposed end.
