The waterfall faucet is Ella's wall-mounted brass bathtub faucet with a wide waterfall spout, double hot and cold handles, a 24 inch slider bar and a hand shower. Unlike the deck-mounted fast-fill faucets that bolt to the tub rim, the waterfall faucet is roughed into the wall by a licensed plumber and is offered in matte black, chrome and brushed nickel. People also call it the wall-mount faucet, the waterfall spout or the slider bar faucet.
How It Works
The faucet body is cast from A-grade brass with a ceramic cartridge in a brass housing. Two handles control hot and cold, and the water leaves the spout in a broad sheet rather than a round stream. A shower diverter valve sends water to the hand shower, which has four spray settings and rests in a holder on the 24 inch slider bar that adjusts up and down and side to side so it can be set to a comfortable height. Two stainless steel hoses about 59 inches long connect the hand shower. Maximum flow is rated at about 10.5 gallons per minute. On the HomeCare 32x60, the waterfall option is listed at 11.9 gallons per minute.

Which Ella Models Have It
The waterfall faucet is shown as an option on the LayDown and HomeCare pages. The LayDown tub guide explains that the LayDown 30x60 ships without a factory faucet and needs a wall-mounted faucet of this kind, while the LayDown 32x72 is faucet-ready and can take an Ella deck-mounted set instead. The HomeCare 32x60 profile lists the waterfall faucet as an option alongside its standard wall-mount faucet. For models that use the deck-mounted sets, fast-fill faucets: 2-piece vs 5-piece explains the difference.
What to Know as an Owner
This faucet is wall work. The supply lines and mounting are installed before the walls close, so your plumber needs the faucet on site during rough-in, not after tile goes up. The article waterfall faucet installation and what to expect covers the sequence, and hand shower slider bar installation covers mounting the bar. The faucet is the one item you can order in a finish other than chrome; the rest of the tub hardware stays chrome, as tub colors and hardware finishes explains.
Care is simple: wipe the finish with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner, and rinse the hand shower face to keep the spray settings clear. If you contact support at ellasbubbles.com/support, have your serial number, the faucet finish, and a photo of the faucet and slider bar ready, along with a note on whether the issue is at the spout, the diverter, the handles or the hand shower hose.
