The Wall Panel Options Ella Offers

• Acrylic 6-piece kit in Carrara White. Six acrylic pieces cover a 36 by 60 inch alcove to a finished height of 92 inches, with storage shelves on the left side. The Carrara-look panels are 1/8 inch thick.
• Acrylic 3-piece surround in solid white gloss. A larger footprint at 40 inches deep by 60 inches wide, standing 97 inches tall, with a 1-inch bend at each panel edge for a finished transition. Confirm your ceiling height and alcove depth before choosing it.
• Three-piece acrylic wall systems in white, CNC and digital print finishes, with ADA accessories available. Large panels are also offered, including 98 by 60 inch back walls and 36 to 38 by 96 to 98 inch side walls, as listed in Shower Bases, Walls, and Filler Pieces.

Those panels are a natural quartz and granite composite with a gel coat surface, come as eight, six or four panel surrounds that one person can carry and install, and can be glued over drywall, plaster, painted walls, Durock or existing tile. Their edges are factory finished for seamless joining but can be trimmed for a custom fit.

What to Measure and Decide Before Ordering

The acrylic 6-piece kit and the SMC kits are sized for a 36 by 60 inch footprint, and the 3-piece surround for a 40 by 60 inch footprint. Measure the alcove width, the depth, and the height from the shower base or tub rim to the ceiling. If your space is larger or smaller than the kit, give the team the measurements so they can advise on fit. An 8 inch wide L-shaped plastic filler piece with brackets is available to close a gap between a base and an adjoining wall, and it can be trimmed if it is too large.

Think about exposed edges too. Panels arrive with their two outside vertical edges cut clean but not wrapped. White CNC walls can be made with a 2-inch bend along the exposed edge if you request it at order time, and printed-design walls can have a trim strip requested per order, or your contractor can fit a white J-molding from a local home improvement store. How the Order Comes Together

Ask your Ella dealer or the team for the spec sheet and drawings for the kit you choose, because the spec sheet is a separate document with the details your installer needs. When panels are ordered together with a tub, they ship with the tub order.
