Our published FAQ states that the acrylic shells are manufactured in partner factories in Asia, and the company video mentions manufacturing facilities in Mexico and Asia, so the accurate description is "assembled and tested in the USA," not "100 percent made in the USA."

How Each Tub Is Built and Tested

Each tub is pulled and drilled for the faucet and features on your order, then jetted and wired to the electrical standard it requires. Before packing, quality control fills the tub and runs the motors for several hours, followed by mechanical, electrical, and water tests and multiple inspections. The tub is then cleaned, crated, and shipped by freight from Chicago, with tracking emailed when it ships.

Common Questions

Are all parts American-made? No. Shells come from overseas partner factories, components from several countries, and assembly and testing happen in Chicago.
