first determine where you'd like to place your shower column find the perfect level Mark your drill hole using the shorter screw for the lower bracket drill the hole accordingly insert the anchor and then tap in gently until flush insert the short screw and then tighten to the wall securely Slide the Chrome cover over the bracket as shown here place the column into the lower bracket at this point the shower head holder must be placed onto the column and then the upper bracket must also be placed over the column before securing to the wall Mark your drill hole drill insert the anchor and then tighten the longer upper screw will go through the hole provided in the column Slide the Chrome cover over the bracket as shown here remove the shower head and attach the coupler and tighten attach the extension line and hand tighten feed the excess line into the receptacle the coupler will create a waterproof seal at the receptacle the rubber washer creates the seal overextending your handheld shower without the extension and the coupler will create a leak Hazard as seen here reattach the shower head and place into the holder the holder is easily height adjustable and pivots from side to side final results should look like this or you can place a sliding shower column anywhere that's most convenient for you
