• The foot intensity dial is turned all the way down, or its air hose is off.
• A single foot jet is blocked with debris rather than the pump being at fault.

What to Check, in Order

1. Reset the GFCI outlet and breaker for the foot pump. Tubs with independent foot massage often have more than one dedicated line, so look for a second outlet or breaker, including one behind the access panel.
2. Fill above the calf jets before testing; the pump must never run dry, and water level before running the jets shows the level.
3. Check the button hose at the control box and at the button, pushing it firmly onto each nipple. Press the button and listen for the relay click.
