Attaching the Ella shower column to the Ella 5-piece fast fill faucet set. First remove the metal screw collar from the shower base assembly. Then remove the metal and rubber washers. Place a thin bead of silicone caulk around the metal collar. Replace the rubber washer over that and press gently. Add another bead of silicone to the outside of the rubber gasket, smoothing the caulk to assure good coverage. Insert the shower column base into the pre-drilled hole on the tub deck.

metal washer and the screw collar onto the bottom side of the shower column base. Hand tighten the screw collar without over tightening. Secure both screws firmly but don't over torque. Tighten the Allen screw at the base of the column allowing room to adjust the height of the column base. We recommend seven inches of clearance from the tub deck to the center of the on-off lever. Attach the elbow joint to the shower column base.

Tighten securely being careful not to over torque. Attach the supply line to the bottom of shower column securing tightly but not over torquing. Over tightening will damage the rubber washer and could cause a leak. The assembly at this point should look like this. Attach the shower column to the supply line to the underside of the five-piece faucet set. The assembly should look like this. Attach the hand shower extension hose to the elbow joint.

Attach the multifunction hand shower. Secure the riser tube onto the shower column base. The assembly at this point should look like this. Carefully screw the oversized range shower head onto the upper angle arm. Insert the upper angle arm into the riser tube. Slide the mounting collar down the riser tube and hand tighten. Carefully measure and drill holes for the mounting collars. Insert mollies as needed and attach the mounting collars to the shower wall.

Secure the shower column risers to the mounting collars using the Allen screws. Your mounting assemblies should look like this. The handheld shower can be adjusted up and down or side to side. The rain shower head pivots in many different directions and can also be adjusted for height. Ela shower column is now ready for use.
