What to Check, in Order

1. Compare the route to the shipping size in the dimensions by model table. The crated tub, or the panel free tub if the crate is opened outside, must clear every opening and corner.
2. Use the actual exterior width, not the marketing size. The Elite is 30 inches wide, so it needs a passage wider than 30 inches; do not assume it clears a 30 inch doorway.

4. Lift only by the frame, never by plumbing, panels or fittings, with at least two people.
5. If the tight spot is the tub's own door, check the door widths and swing arcs by model. On the outward swing U shape door, the door can be lifted off by removing the six hinge bolts with a 3/16 inch Allen wrench, with an assistant, and refitted afterward. For other door families, ask the team before removing anything.
6. If the route still does not clear, stop and send photos of the opening rather than tipping the tub.
