christopher and i have been friends for like over four years he asked my opinion on color regards of the paint the design uh fixtures and you know part of the bathroom and the shower he first had a nice tub but it wasn't what he expected the quality wasn't too extended that he also was told so then we decided that what's the best thing to do is try to find somewhere else that we could find and ellis bubbles came up and it was told from the plumber that this would be a higher quality more more options uh better expectations in regards to customer service and so ls bubbles did have a lot more options and that we were able to customize it based on christopher's needs and so ls bubbles did offer a lot more opportunity to make it more your personalized item in your home um i believe that i was told from christopher that the just having this tub that was already put in was already going to be a loss and so that the fact that we had to find somewhere else to go is more of an expense but for to pay more of a quality i think the best uh thing was ls bubbles offered at even a fraction of the price that we were expecting you still get more for what you've got i would say honestly like it was worth taking out the old tub even though it was at a higher price we didn't mind at all ripping that thing out because it didn't offer what we wanted it wasn't the size that we wanted and we paid more but it's just having the option of having a tub that fits your needs that's what really was the best opportunity to have is the best quality tub from ellis
