Agent or Sales Agent – A person who acts on behalf of the company to promote and sell Ella’s Bubbles products. The agent is an independent contractor and is not employed by Ella’s Bubbles. The agent is responsible for his/her own business decisions and expenses. When a product is sold, an agent will earn commission for the sale defined in the sales agreement by both parties.
Reseller or Dealer – A business engaged in re-selling Ella’s Bubbles products. The dealer is an independent business and is not employed by Ella’s Bubbles. The dealer is responsible for his/her own business expenses and decisions. Dealers must have an allocated monthly marketing budget to promote Ella’s Bubbles products and meet minimum requirements set in agreement. Purchasing a walk-in bathtub display may be required to qualify. Re-seller may or may not need to buy stock to sell products, Company minimum requirements set in agreement must be achieved. Both involved parties are engaged in a free at will agreement which can be dissolved at any time unless otherwise set in agreement.
Distributor – A business engaged in stocking and re-selling Ella’s Bubbles products. Distributor must purchase and stock Ella’s Bubbles product. The distributor is an independent business and is not employed by Ella’s Bubbles. The distributor is responsible for his/her own business expenses and decisions. A distributor must have an allocated monthly marketing budget to promote Ella’s Bubbles products and meet minimum requirements set in agreement. Both involved parties are engaged in free at will agreement which can be dissolved at any time unless otherwise set in agreement.
