features premium marine grade gel coat fiberglass showcasing the classic 6” tile pattern design with a diamond accent. Ella Standard Low Threshold Showers are manufactured with wood reinforced walls. The strength provided by the wood reinforced walls providing flexibility for seat and grab bar custom installation. The integral self-locking aluminum Pin and Slot System connects shower walls and the pre-leveled shower base to allow for easy front side installation. Once the multi-piece unit is assembled the precision fit seams become grout lines which can be nicely finished with caulk.
Ella Standard Low Threshold Showers have a low 4” threshold, spacious 21” high molded in seat, 2” chrome strainer brass drain with friction seal for easy drain installation, integrated molded soap ledges, a choice of drain position (left or right) and color selection (white, bone or biscuit).
The Ella Standard Barrier Free Shower Base is equipped with a factory engineered self-supporting pre-leveled base, (mud-set not required) for proper water drainage and fast installation. Please contact our office in case of any damage to your product due to shipping immediately so we can process your claim quickly. Please notify the shipping company if you notice any damages to the product packing and record the damages of the packaging on the shipping invoice. Please also take photographs to document the damages.
After placing your order, an email confirmation is sent to the email address associated with your account. This will be generated once the shipment has been picked up from our warehouses. The email will contain your order number and order summary. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us.
In addition, please confirm that you did in fact receive the order confirmation email. Please allow additional time for special orders.

We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return the purchase of your Walk in Shower purchase within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and a 20% restock fee applies to all returns and exchanges. *Please see exceptions below.
Ella’s Bubbles Product Return Policy
In the event that product must be returned due to reasons other than defects or wrongly shipped item, the following procedures apply:
- Requests for returns and/or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.
- All requests for return must first be approved by Ella’s Bubbles and have an assigned Returned Merchandise Authorization number – RMA#.
- Refunds are unable to be issued until the merchandise has been received, evaluated and processed by our receiving department.
- Items must be returned in NEW condition (not used, opened, or broken) and in the original manufacturer’s packaging with all original contents included (instruction manuals, accessories, additional components).
- We highly recommend insuring goods for their full value and safely wrapping items to prevent shipping damage.
- Charges associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective, incorrect, or broken.
- For orders damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Please make sure to record the damage on shipping documents and contact us so we can process your replacement in timely manner.
- Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for shipping charges, including but not limited to, domestic Ground, Express or international shipping.
- Please be advised that we are unable to refund any fees imposed by an entity other than Ella’s Bubbles, e.g., customs or brokerage fees.
* Note: It is recommended that customers insure packages for their full value as Ella’s Bubbles is not responsible for returned merchandise until signed for at our warehouse. Therefore, customers are responsible in cases where a returned package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If a complete return is not received, Ella’s Bubbles reserves the right to charge an additional shipping charge to send the package back to the customer.
Product Return Exceptions Policy
Unfortunately, Ella’s Bubbles is unable to accept returns or exchanges, at any time, for the following orders:
- Installed goods
- Customized or personalized products
- Special order items
- Any opened package product(s) if shipped back in non-original packaging, dirty or non-saleable condition.
- Damaged products are not refundable.
What is the processing time on returns and refunds?
- Ella’s Bubbles processes all returns within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned merchandise.
- Credit card companies vary in the time required to post credits back to a customer’s account.
- Please consult your credit card company for additional information regarding credit policies.
- For PayPal orders, refunds will need to be withdrawn from your PayPal account to reflect on your credit card statement.
- Please note that Ella’s Bubbles reserves the right to refuse any returns received in non-saleable condition.
* Note: Upon approval, Ella’s Bubbles refunds customers via the original payment method.
In rare cases, circumstances may require that we issue a check to the customer via USPS mail when an additional refund is due.
Defective or Wrong Product Return Policy
If the package is damaged you must refuse the shipment, write a note on the delivery document and call Toll Free 1-800-480-6850 to report the damage so we can process a damage claim through the shipping Company. Please email us images of damages at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Contact us within 30 days of receipt if a package arrives with an item not on the order or the product does not work properly. We will gladly exchange the unwanted item for a suitable replacement. When this occurs, Ella’s Bubbles furnishes a UPS or FedEx prepaid shipping label to cover all return shipping charges. Upon inspection, if it’s determined that the item is not defective, not broken or not incorrect, Ella’s Bubbles will charge the customer’s account for the return shipping and 20% restock fee, or refuse the refund if the product has been installed and is not in new, saleable condition. Please make sure your product is packed in its original packaging before shipping.
