
The Ella Companion Soaking walk-in bathtub is…
the two seat walk in tub version of Ella original standard size Deluxe walk in tub. This luxurious two seat walk in tub is perfect for any couple who wants to share the bond and pleasure of bathing together. Our Companion offers two seats for a shared bathing experience, a textured slip resistant floor, safety grab bar, and Dual Drain Technology which allows the tub to drain in as little as 80 seconds. For guaranteed exit reliability, all of Ella walk-in baths are equipped with two 2-inch drains, two overflows and two drain openers.
Ella acrylic walk-in tubs are constructed of the highest grade impermeable and easy to clean gloss finish white cast acrylic, reinforced with fiberglass and gel coat. The shell is supported with a stainless steel frame and leveling legs for ease and durability during installation. The supporting frame is set for a simple above the floor drain installation. The toe kick access panel is designed for threshold lowering options and convenient access to the bottom of the tub. The end access panel is included for the two wall installation option, or the wall extension kit to fit our tubs into standard 60″ openings.
The Companion comes in soaking and dual massage options.

Shipping Policy
Your order ships via FedEx, UPS ground or Freight Services based on package size and weight.
Please contact our office in case of any damage to your product due to shipping immediately so we can process your claim quickly. Please notify the shipping company if you notice any damages to the product packing and record the damages of the packaging on the shipping invoice. Please also take photographs to document the damages.
Order Status
After placing your order, an email confirmation is sent to the email address associated with your account. This will be generated once the shipment has been picked up from our location. The email will contain your order number and order summary. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us.
In addition, please confirm that you did in fact receive the order confirmation email. In most cases our items ship next day. Please allow additional time for special orders.

Return Policy
We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, in store credit or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and a 20% re-stocking fee applies to most orders.
Ella’s Bubbles Product Return Policy
In the event that product must be returned due to reasons other than defects or wrongly shipped item, the following procedures apply:
- Requests for returns and/or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.
- All requests for return must first be approved by Ella’s Bubbles and have an assigned Returned Merchandise Authorization number – RMA#.
- Refunds are unable to be issued until the merchandise has been received, evaluated and processed by our receiving department.
- Items must be returned in NEW condition (not used, opened, or broken) and in the original manufacturer’s packaging with all original contents included (instruction manuals, accessories, additional components).
- We highly recommend insuring goods for their full value and safely wrapping items to prevent shipping damage.
- Charges associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective, incorrect, or broken.
- For orders damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Please make sure to record the damage on shipping documents and contact us so we can process your replacement in timely manner.
- Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for shipping charges, including but not limited to, domestic Ground, Express or international shipping.
- Please be advised that we are unable to refund any fees imposed by an entity other than Ella’s Bubbles, e.g., customs or brokerage fees.
* Note: It is recommended that customers insure packages for their full value as Ella’s Bubbles is not responsible for returned merchandise until signed for at our warehouse. Therefore, customers are responsible in cases where a returned package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If a complete return is not received, Ella’s Bubbles reserves the right to charge an additional shipping charge to send the package back to the customer.
Product Return Exceptions Policy
Unfortunately, Ella’s Bubbles is unable to accept returns or exchanges, at any time, for the following orders:
- Installed goods
- Customized or personalized products
- Special order items
- Any opened package product(s) if shipped back in non-original packaging, dirty or non-saleable condition.
- Damaged products are not refundable.
What is the processing time on returns and refunds?
- Ella’s Bubbles processes all returns within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned merchandise.
- Credit card companies vary in the time required to post credits back to a customer’s account.
- Please consult your credit card company for additional information regarding credit policies.
- For PayPal orders, refunds will need to be withdrawn from your PayPal account to reflect on your credit card statement.
- Please note that Ella’s Bubbles reserves the right to refuse any returns received in non-saleable condition.
* Note: Upon approval, Ella’s Bubbles refunds customers via the original payment method.
In rare cases, circumstances may require that we issue a check to the customer via USPS mail when an additional refund is due.
Defective or Wrong Product Return Policy
- If the package is damaged you must refuse the shipment, write a note on the delivery document and call Toll Free 800-480-6850 to report the damage so we can process damage claim through the shipping Company. Please email us images of damages at info@ellasbubbles.com.
Contact us within 30 days of receipt if a package arrives with an item not on the order or the product does not work properly. We will gladly exchange the unwanted item for a suitable replacement or in store credit. When this occurs, Ella’s Bubbles furnishes a UPS or FedEx prepaid shipping label to cover all return shipping charges. Upon inspection, if it’s determined that the item is not defective, not broken or not incorrect, Ella’s Bubbles will charge the customer’s account for the return shipping and 20% restocking fees, or refuse the refund if the product has been installed and is not in new, saleable condition. Please make sure your product is packed in its original packaging before shipping.
